Campus Events Scheduling
The Campus Events Scheduler fulfills scheduling requests for non-academic events in venues in the campus' General Inventory, including most classrooms, lecture halls, and outdoor spaces. Room layouts and media capabilities are listed in the Classroom Attributes Database hosted by Instructional Development. Trying to reserve a room not listed in

Registered Campus Organizations (RCOs)
RCO officers can submit scheduling requests online. To start a new request, access the "Forms" area in your organization's OrgSync portal. Click "Access OrgSync" above to log in now. If you have any questions, contact the Campus Orgs advisors at CampusOrgs@sa.ucsb.edu.
UCSB departments can submit non-academic one-time scheduling requests online. The relevant forms are listed below.
Non-academic events are limited to:
- Review sessions and lectures not related to a specific academic course
- Meetings and special events
- All events on holidays, during quarter breaks, and on weekends (except for academic events on weekends during finals week and "pre-instructional" days)
- All events in Campbell Hall, Isla Vista Theatre, and Embarcadero Hall on Tuesdays and Thursdays after 2:00pm, and on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays after 3:00pm (except for academic events during finals week and "pre-instructional" days)
UCSB departments should direct academic one-time scheduling requests to the Office of the Registrar.
All off campus users must contact Business & Financial Services at (805) 893-4073 in order to place a reservation.
